Filtering IN & OUT Data From Sharepoint Field

Hello Guys,

I need help on Filtering IN & OUT Data From my Sharepoint Field.Ive attached 2 pics which is the sharepoint list and also the overview From the apps.

Ive tried this code,

Filter('Daily Inventory Movement', IN.Value = "greater than 0")

But it doesn't work..

I hope you guys can help me

Hi,

If "IN" and "OUT" columns are of type choice, you can use below formula - 

Filter('Daily Inventory Movement', Value(IN.Value) > 0)

If "IN" and "OUT" columns are of type single line of text, you can use below formula - 

Filter('Daily Inventory Movement', Value(IN) > 0)

Could you please tell me that the column type of both In and Out column?

If both of them a re single-line-of-text, I think @NandiniBhagya20 is correct that you could modify your formula as below:

Filter('Daily Inventory Movement', Value(IN )>0)

If this is Number, you could directly reference to the IN column as below:

Filter('Daily Inventory Movement', IN >0)​

It's a single-line text. I've also tried that. but it also shows the OUT value. I want the gallery to show IN transactions only..

Hi @niel131512,

I think we are not in the same channel😂.

The screenshot you provided proves that the OUT column has no value within, all the records only has IN value, so if theses 3 records are the all of your list has, I think the Gallery will always shows these 3 records, with the empty OUT column in addition.

If there are some records has both IN and OUT value within, and you want to exclude records with OUT value, you should add another condition as below:

Filter('Daily Inventory Movement', Value(IN )>0,IsBlank(OUT))

i just wanna ask one ques..i tried to combine the code with date picker but it shows the out value again when I try to Filter the IN value only.ill attach you the snapshot oF it
