Filtering doubled items in gallery

Hi,

I’m thinking about the following problem but I can’t find an answer in my head and that’s why my unable to write a proper code for this.

Let me explain you:

I have a gallery of destinations that will be only be shown after a date is selected thru a date picker.

This list has different destinations. Some will be available in the selected date, some will not be available yet because the selected date is < Start date and some will be not available because the selected date > End date.

Even if they are available or not, I need all destinations listed in the gallery.

Up to this point, everything is ok and I have no problem

The problem I have is with the doubled destinations. (Miami yellow marked in the example)

I need only one destination listed per city. If one is available for the selected date and the other one not, ¿How can I build my filter so that the doubled destination lists only the available item (hiding the other one) and lists as well all other not doubled destinations even if they’re not available?

Do you want to list the available item and hide the un-available item sharing the same destination, also, display other un-available items?

Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?

This maybe a complex solution, please check as below.

Create two collection represents the records fit for the selected date and other un-available items sharing the same destination.

Here is the records fit for the selected date:

ClearCollect(ColDate,Filter(ScoreList,StartDate<=DatePicker8.SelectedDate&&DatePicker8.SelectedDate<=EndDate))

Other un-available items sharing the same destination:

ClearCollect(
    ColCityUnavailable,
    DropColumns(
        Ungroup(
            Filter(
                AddColumns(
                    GroupBy(
                        YourList,
                        "City",
                        "DuplicatedCity"
                    ),
                    "CountCity",
                    CountRows(DuplicatedCity)

The final collection that could get you what you want:

ForAll(ColDate As Pl,Patch(ColCityUnavailable,Defaults(ColCityUnavailable),{City:Pl.City,'IATA CODE':Pl.'IATA CODE'}))

Then you could populate the Gallery with the ColCityUnavailable.

Finally, what I made, was a flow that deletes duplicated and unavailable items.
