Flow accessing SharePoint list is not triggering in specific Dataverse environment by specific user - Any clue?

Hello,

I am triggering a flow "Flow1" on button click event in the canvas app "App1" available in "Environment1" that's accessing SharePoint list "List1".

Now this button "Button1" successfully triggers the "Flow1" via "App1" available in "Environment1" for "User 1" 

However, the same app "App1" deployed as managed solution in "Environment2" is not triggering "Flow1" that access data from "List1" for "User 1" by clicking on "Button1".

"User1" has "Contribute" permission on "List1", However when I traced the network for "Environment2", I see following error messages:

Error 1:
/api/data/v9.0/solutions?$filter=uniquename%20eq%20%27MicrosoftFlowExtensionsCore%27&$select=version:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 ()

Error 2:
api.powerapps.com/api/invoke:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()

Error 3:

Button Flow Run failed: Connection not configured for this service.

Error 4:

Uncaught DOMException: Blocked a frame with origin "https://webshell.suite.office.com" from accessing a cross-origin frame.

Now, does it mean, that "Button flow" will not work in different environment after deployment for specific users? I am unable to understand what's happening here - because same "User1" with the same permission works in "Environment1" but not in "Environment2"!

Can you please clarify and help how should I resolve this?

Thank you for your attention! However this is the canvas application associated with the SharePoint lists where they have Contribute permission.

Please let me know which security role permission you are suggesting and why

Hi @dave8 ,

If you import an app with flow from environment A to environment B, you need the above permissions (security roles).Otherwise users may not be able to use flow.

the user who imported an app from environment A to B,  was Power Platform Administrator with System Admin rights.

Would you please specify the "Name" of security role where I should update the permissions you have suggested?

If you want the user to use the app in another environment, you could modify the'basic user' security role and give the user.

I have changed the permission as suggested for the "Basic User"'s read permission, and then checked application, however it's still throwing the same error "

.Run failed: Connection not configured for this service."

I am unsure if the permission changes takes time to reflect in the environment.

 OR do I require to re-import the managed solution in the environment?

As checked after 24 hours, changes in the permission, does not trigger the button flow after click event.

Any clue?

My bad, I have checked without assigning "Basic User" role to user while I assumed it's alredy assigned to user.

with this changes via Basic User role permission, flow was triggered.
