Flow to get sharepoint list to powerapps will all columns (including person column fields etc)

Hello I have a SharePoint List with many columns, some are single text, some are multiple text, choices, number, date etc. In my powerapp, if I connect this SharePoint list direct as a data source, I can use it as data source to my "data table". Columns and all other data perfectly shows. But due to the reason that I dont want end users to have access to this sharepoint list, I want to bring the information thru a flow.

Attached is the screenshot for my flow.

And I use this function on a button's onselect property:

ClearCollect(DataTableSource2, '2_PowerApp->Getitems'.Run())

As you can see in screenshot, data table does not recognize the columns. My SharePoint has like person column, which as DisplayName, Email etc. So just like connecting the SP List directly, I want all fields of objects etc to be available for data table to use. Please help this is really urgent. Thank you

1) You can return the person column as an object with properties in the array and access it from the record in the collection in SharePoint.

2) You use the Data Select to only return the columns you want to use in the Power App.  That will improve performance.  But you don't need to do a Data Select to single out the properties of the person columns.

3) You may have to use a Gallery to build your table since that lets you managed the definition of the values for the individual columns.  Data Tables as controls aren't as sophisticated as a Gallery is and don't provide you with as much control.

Is the problem that you aren't getting data/columns in the collection or that the data table isn't loading them because some of them are objects?

Hello Sir,

If you are saying that it is better to get just the items you need will improve the processes, then our current structure works just fine. I will give details of how current structure is and how app looks like, next big thing and probably final thing I will kindly ask for your help is that current structure works with one sharepoint list, how can I habe 3 sharepoint lists combined with same structure so that data table shows them all. All three sharepoint list has exactly identical columns and column type. I could manage to do this when I connect Sharepoint list as a direct data source to canvas and use clearcollect to collect all three sharepoint lists into one collection and use that collection as data table source. since all columns are 100% match on all three lists, data table would show all rows in one table just like they were all part of the same sharepoint list. So I ilke to do that same structure with this flow now. Can you help me modify current working structure we figured above to bring all 3 sharepoint lists?

Here are the details of the current bring-data-with-flow structure;

Response (premium)'s schema is below and rest of the data needed are attached as screenshots, Again this is working perfectly, all I need is "how can I get all 3 sharepoints list and data table treats them as one with data source"

There are two ways you could combine the three lists.

1) In Power Apps call three different flows to each return the data from the three individual lists and then do what you do now.  Use ClearCollect() for the first and then Collect() for the second and third.  All the results will be in one collection

2) In the Flow do three Get Items and then use Union() on the arrays to combine the outputs into one array.  Return that array. (I would suggest getting rid of unnecessary columns after each Get using Data Selects, but that's not required.)
