I'm very new at this platform and I'm attempting to make an audit app. I would like to have a label that shows the completed items vs the not completed items for each category, like "4/15" where the "4" is the number of items completed and "15" is the total number of items for that category. I want to do this with a label on each button. My entire form consists of 84 items from SharePoint, but each category only shows the items pertaining to itself when its button is clicked. I'm thinking I need to use 'If()' or 'UpdateContext' but I'm not sure. Each item will look like the second item with the radio buttons in this snip of my current app (Still in the editing stages obviously):
I also would like the ability to come back to an audit later in order to continue it due to its length and update the SharePoint list as I go, but I'm not sure how to go about that either.

Below is the formula, that you should add on "OnChange" Property of control. You need to Initialize a variable, in this case, I used Is1Selected as true or false, if the combobox1 is blank, then I am updating it as false, else true. Please let me know if you need any further help.
I would need this for the radio buttons. Would it work the same? I tried to input that formula for my controls, but I'm not sure I did it right. I put the formula on the radio buttons in the OnChange property, but I think I messed up the variable. As I said I'm very new to this platform and I'm not sure where to put the variable/how it should look in the label properties.

Well, I got the radio button formula to work but my label is still not displaying how yours is. Can you show me how you set up your variable? That has to be how I'm messing this up.

As I have used individual controls, I have hardcoded the total count of controls. Anyways below is the screenshot for label text.

The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions in the Forums to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities. Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”) - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024 Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods.
