Form not populating one particular field in Gallery

Hey everyone! 

I have a form linked to a sharepoint list with a couple of fields that on submit it would populate a gallery filled with a collection. I changed the code on one of the fields that is tied to a person column in the sharepoint list and after that, when i submit the form it is not populating that field in the gallery. 
I changed the code in the person field so it would show me only the users who report to a certain manager with the following code: 
ComboBox.Items = Office365Users.DirectReportsV2("email@Email.com").value
ComboBox.DisplayFields = ["displayName","mail"]
ComboBox.SearchFields = ["displayName","mail"]

The OnSuccess property of the submit button: Patch(FilteredList, Defaults(FilteredList), Form2.Updates)

When i hit the submit button it would populate every other field in the gallery but not the one from the combobox. What am i doing wrong?
