Gallery in power apps and sharepoint lists

Hello community experts

There is an urgent requirement where I have to get the data from two different lists and show in one gallery

My list 1 has two person fields say P1 and P2 and one status field say status1

My list 2 also has two person fields say P3 and P4 and one status field say status2

And both the list wil have options such as approved and pending in their status 1 and status 2 field which is of type single line of text

I want to combine both the lists data and show in one gallery

For example
Suppose My list 1 has user named
user1 and user2
Let's say my list two has user names user3

My gallery should show user1, user 2 and user 3

How do i achieve this requirement

Please guide it's very urgent

Hi @Sumaira ,

if you have the same column name in both List then you can use like below as Rows Basis.

But if you want to  Join Like User1, User2(Source1) and User3, User4(Source 2).

then you can use a filter with Add Column but need some unique ID to FIlter Data.

another way is you can join both lists based on Some Unique ID. Like below  - 

ClearCollect(  
    TestColl,  
    AddColumns(  
        ChildDataColl,  
        "Status",  
        LookUp(  
            MasterDataColl,  
            ID = ChildDataColl[@MasterID]  
        )  
    )  
) ;

I don't want to join the 2 list based on ids 

I want to place list 2 below list 1 in single gallery as shown in example below

Example 

List 1 has:

User 1 

User 2

List 2 has :

User3 

User 4

New gallery 

Row1(item1): user1

Row2(item2): user2

Row3(item3): user3

Row4(item4): user4

Please guide

You can use like below for the scenario you mentioned in the below reply.

ClearCollect(S1,Table({User:"User1"},{User:"User2"}));
ClearCollect(S2,Table({User:"User3"},{User:"User4"}));
ClearCollect(BothS,S1,S2);
