Going to next value of a drop down with button

I'm not sure if this is possible but I would like to have a button that makes a drop down go to the next value available.

Ex. (Drop Down Values):

300

301

302

303

304

300 was initially selected but when the button is pressed it makes the value 301

then another press makes it 302 and so on.

In the OnVisible property of the form: UpdateContext({var:301})

Set the OnSelect property of the button: UpdateContext({var,var+1})

Set the default for your dropdown: var

You could set the default to a variable (var_Increment) then set the Button to increment the variable - Set(var_Increment, var_Incremet + 1). As long as the new value is an allowable value in your drop down it will change

You could make the button press cycle back to the first value if it exceeds a certain number:

If(var>304||var<301,UpdateContext({var:301}),UpdateContext({var:var+1}))

Thank you for helping but I don't think that's exactly what I'm looking for.

I did a bad job of explaining so

I'll give some new examples of some numbers in my dropdown:

301

306

So I'm not trying to only go up by one every time just go to the next value.

Hi @jNelly 

This can be achieved but its tricky 🙂

So Your drop-down is populated by Item property. You will need to use collection to push your numbers into the dropdown.

ClearColect(colMagicNumbers, "1","6","300","336") place this colection on App OnStart of corse You can replace the fix numbers with SP List Table MagicNumbers 🙂

Then OnStart Add variable Set(varMegicHappens,1) set it to 1 or 0 also don't forget to run app Start

Now what will happen, create a button and in the OnSelect property create a code like the below this will pull numbers from the collection and then will increment the Index number by variable +1

Set(varMagic,
      Index(colMagicNumbers,
      varMegicHappens
           )
);
Set(varMegicHappens,
    varMegicHappens+1
)

Now in the Drop-Down Default property, place varMagic at the moment You press the button, your Drop-Down will switch one Value up. The issue is to make it back to the first number You will need to add a few more steps.
