Having Trouble with creating my log in page in PowerApps Please help ! Thank you

Hi im trying to create a log in page where the users could log in , but directs them to "Consultant" Page or " Building Manager Page" base on their "Title" but logs to a "wrong user ID" page when they key in the invalid username or password. The data source is shown below and is name Table3.

However, whenever I run the application and key in either both username and password it always bring me to the "consultant page". The codes on my "log in" button are shown below on the screen shot. I think my codes is wrong somewhere but I am not sure where are the errors.

I am suspecting powerApps is unable to read the "title" column on my data source and compare it together with my username and password.

@CNT 's solution is great and it is working for sure, but speaking about an Excel file, I'm afraid that you'll get a delegation warning as And operator is not delegable to Excel. Of course, this delegation warning does not affect the formula result in this case, but the formula can be improved to avoid this warning. Try this approach (is similar ...):

      userCredentials:Filter(Table3,username=TextInput1.Text)},
      Switch(LookUp(userCredentials,password=TextInput1_1.Text,"title"),
                   "Consultant",Navigate('Consultant Page'),
                   "Building Manager",Navigate('Building Manager Page'),

Thank you for your help, however after I input the code into my "log in" button, run it. The app now does not recognise any of the log in credential from Table 3 and directs me to the "wrong user ID" page.  T.T

Thank you for your help, but the red highlighted region for Navigate('Wrong UserID') shows the error: " Invalid argument type(Boolean). Expecting a Text value instead.". Hence this code is unable to run.

Thank you once again, I remove the last comma and input the codes into the log in button and run the app. But when I key in the username and password, the app consider all the credential(Table3) that are key are wrong and navigated to the "Wrong user ID" . 😢 The application suppose to take into account the username , password and title. Before navigating to the 'Consultant page' or 'Building Manager page'.

HOLY**bleep** GUYS i did it !🤣 Thank you both for helping me out, greatly appreciate it. 🤗The codes that are send by @CNT works ,just that it have some very minor issues, circled in red are the changes that I made ("title" to title) in the screen shot below. All in all thank u guys.
