Help whit a first Project

I want to use a formatted Excel document in my project, i want to edit fields trough a PowerApps using a Mobile App form to use it in my organization and take photos to post it in a excel field too, and then print the document. pls i need help whit everything because im new idk if this is possible to do.

Basically, the project is like a form where the user makes a check list for an inventory, everything needs to be saved in the excel and then printed.

Using a form to add a row to an excel table would be quick, easy, and mostly painless. The printing is where you may see some trouble or annoyance. You could use a flow to do this as I do with excel sheets and billing statements OR you could try to use the PDF function in powerapps to turn your screen/form into a printable PDF. 

UpdateContext({myPDF: PDF(yourFormName)}) then send in an email to the user that is logged into the app or whoever it needs to go to.

ty, the main problem is to i have to use a formatted excel, but power apps makes me extra columns and rows and thats what i dont want to be showed in the printed file, power apps make an id column.

Only if you are using the excel sheet as your data source I think. Here is what I make using a template excel doc and power automate along with SharePoint as my data source. 

What I would try if I was you is using one excel doc as the data source and then having a template where you just have a table or a few tables and formulas etc and you just add to that table and never use it as a data source. This will keep you from having to deal with the Power Apps ID column you are talking about.

when i make an app i use an excel table from my one drive and i have to use an excel for every three months of the year

Power Apps will only add a column for Power Apps Id if you are using that excel sheet as your data source. If you want an excel sheet that can be printed and dont want that column shown then you will have to make a template excel sheet that you can use for that purpose. In the images above you see my template and you can also see there is no PowerAppsId field as this sheet was not a data source.

Use Power App to get a gallery with all items you want from your excel data source.

Send those items to a Power Automate Flow using JSON() function in power apps.

Use Parse JSON in your flow to get the items from the string you passed from Power Apps uings JSON() function.

Create a new file based on your excel template document.

Loop through the Parse JSON output and for each row add it to the excel document you just made.

At the end you will have an excel doc with only the rows and items you want in a table. You can even include forumals in your template as you can see above.
