Help with appending/patching multiselect column (drop-down) selected value to a rich text editor.

I am building a simple form that is connected to a MS list. What need to achieve is equipment inventory check-out/check-in. I my MS list has a multi-select (Available, Checked-out, Broken, In for maintenance, etc.) 

In my form I have a rich text editor, thanks to you @Reza Dorrani.

The issue that I have is that I want four things to append (comments, multiselect.value, date/time edited, and finally User). Here is what I have:

Since I could not figure out how to patch the selected value of my multi-select (DataCardValue7); I made a hidden calculated column that shows the value of the multi-select as plain text. BUT, what this does is give me the value of the multi select when the item is opened. For instance if I open an item and change the value. The next time I open the item it will append the value that I selected the previous time, but the time will be current. 

I need the app to show accurate time and "status" that correspond to the time the item was opened and new comments were entered. 

to get around this currently I am opening item, Changing status & save, then re-open item, add comment & save. I cannot figure how to capture the data I need to append and hoping someone on here has solved this same dilemma. Im thingking maybe a button and patch, but am at a complete loss for the coding on that button that I need. thank you in advance.

If I understand correctly, you want to save all the items selected in (what I assume to be) a combo box into another field. You can use Concat to turn the selected items in the box into a string, then just insert that formula into your existing one:

Concat(DataCardValue7.SelectedItems, Value&"; ")

thank you @zmorek , I will give this a try and report back my findings. I have used concat in Power Automate solutions, but never in Power Apps... as you can tell I am a fairly new Power Apps user. I am just getting the feel for it since I needed it for this project. I am hoping that I can concat the selected value of the combo box (my terminology is definitely probably off). I only need the singular selected value along with the other data. The user does not have the option to select multiple values. Ive tried different things to retrieve the selected value from the combo box and I always get a number value returned instead of text.

Oh, I'm sorry if I misunderstood - you might just need "DataCardValue7.Selected.Value" rather than going through the Concat().

I had assumed there was the ability to select multiple from there because it's a multiselect column..

This is it precisely! This solves the issue of my selected value from the drop-down. Also, I replaced the argument Now() with ThisItem.Modified. This donned on me... Why was I getting the time that the item was opened rather than the last time that the item was edited for the previously appended record... duh, I was using Now() - wrong argument for what I needed. I will run with this solution that you have helped me with for a bit and report back here if anything acts up. Thank You!
