How to get checkbox values and display them as checkboxes into an email

Hello, 

I have a power apps form and I need to get the checkbox values and display them as checkboxes into an email. Basically, I'm doing a twin form but in html for email. This Checkboxes is connected to a SharePoint list. I'm using Outlook as email client.

In my app, the checkbox values are collected using this:

In the OnCheck and OnUncheck

Collect(colDemonstrate,"A")

In the 'send to email' button

    <tr>
     <td><input type='checkbox' value='"&Concat(colDemonstrate,Value,",")&"' checked><label >"&Concat(colDemonstrate,Value,",")&"</label><br>
      </tr>
</table>

but it only shows [X] A,B,C in the email. What I want is that it displays identical with the form with checked & unchecked checkboxes. 

I'm very new to PowerApps and html... Please help

Hi， @CuriousCat_  

According to your description, you are using the checkbox in a Form and you want to get the same html code like it in the Form.

I test it in my side , here are the steps you can refer to :
(1)This is my test checkbox in a Form:

For your need , we need to create a collection to store the information for your checkboxes, I use this code to create the Collection by the Button-OnSelect:

For the code , you can put it on the Screen-OnVisible.
Clear(Temp);

Collect(Temp,{Name:"A",Flag:0,Row:1},{Name:"B",Flag:0,Row:2},{Name:"C",Flag:0,Row:1},{Name:"D",Flag:0,Row:2},{Name:"E",Flag:0,Row:1},{Name:"F",Flag:0,Row:2});

The Flag means if the checkbox has been selected , the Name is name of the checkbox , the Row means where the row the checkbox need to show (For an example , the A，C，E is show in the first row).

(2)We need to configure each checkbox properties, like in “A” Checkbox:
CheckboxA – Default:    LookUp(Temp,Name="A").Flag

Checkbox A -OnCheck:   Patch(Temp, LookUp(Temp,Name="A" ) , {Flag:1});

Checkbox A – OnunCheck: Patch(Temp, LookUp(Temp,Name="A" ) , {Flag:0})

For all other checkboxes, you need to set these three properties and modify the value of the Name field.

(3)Then we can use this code to generate the Html Code stored in a variable called ‘html’:

Set(html, "<table>" & Concat( AddColumns( GroupBy(Temp ,"Row" ,"Test" ) ,"htmlTest","<tr>" & Concat( ForAll( Test As Item, " <td><input type='checkbox' "& If(Item.Flag=1,"Checked")  &"><label > "&Item.Name&"  &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</label>  </td>" ) ,Value ,"") & "</tr>" ) ,htmlTest,"")  & "</table>" )

Then we can put the html variable in the Htmltext control’s Htmltext property, the result is as follows:

You could see what you can do with unicode characters such as ☑️ and ⏹️in your HTML, e.g If(Checkbox1.Value, "☑️","⏹️")

Thank you so much! It works now. This may be out of topic but how do I make all 6 checkboxes into 1 boxes/table. Not individual and must be in html.

Thanks for your quick response ! Do you mean you want to show the table border outside the checkboxes ?

If this , you can try to add the border='1'  Css code in the <Table> label.
