How to have summary Galerie of information located in several screens

Hello everyone, I am vasco, an internship student, I have a problem if you can help me please,New_york_Sales.jpgLos_angelos_Canvas.jpgcanvas global-sales.jpg
in these 3 screenshots, the first 2 are the sales report of a merchandise sales company established in a few cities in the USA which looks like (city, quarter and year), my question is to know how can I connect the first 2 tables so that each time a city fills this table, that the 3rd table automatically extracts, the percentage of the score%, therefore the average of all the score), then its city, the quarter and year automatically in Global_Sales (the 3rd Table); and as and when for all cities, for the other years and quarter ... Thank you for your help

You can relate several galleries by referring to the items of the first gallery in the Items property of the other galleries. If your first gallery is named Gallery1, then Gallery1.AllItems is a table of the items within it. Put Gallery1.AllItems in the Items property of the other galleries and you will have them all referring to the same table of records. From there you can access columns that show all your different data fields as you need.

Mister this formula, I put it on the items property of my global table or the other others because if I change the item of the gallery to this formula it will not work any more or how. Thank you Mister

No, try putting that formula into the Text property of a label - it is not meant to replace the Items of your gallery.

Sum(myGalleryName.AllItems,Score)/CountRows(myGalleryName.AllItems)
// Ensure myGalleryName is changed to the name of your gallery and Score is changed to the name of the field that contains the score values

When I look again at your app images, it looks like you may not be using gallery controls. Can you confirm that the tabular displays on your app pages are gallery controls and not a grouping of individual, but unrelated controls?

Galleries in Power Apps are great tools for this kind of app display.

Thank you for your answer, I did not understand you very well, it's blank  vertical gallery, I did that because the names of the products are displayed automatically ,when a city wants to make the reportthe gallery ,that I renamed in my publication Global sales, just retrieves the information located on the bar at the top ex: New york, Quarter 3, 2020; and the percentage of the score column ex: product 1: 0.5
Product 2: 0.2
Product 3: 1
Product 4: 0
% score = (0.5 + 0.2 + 1 + 0/1 + 1 + 1 + 1) = 42.6%

In sales global the information for this report will be

New_york / Trimester 3/2020 / 42.6% ... the same for everyone else

Given how the data appears in your app, I would think your galleries should be organized horizontally. Are you able to share what you currently have as the Items property in each gallery? See image below for how I would imagine your should be structured:

With this structure, we will still be able to do calculations using the Scores for the items.

Hello Sir, Sorry I answered you ,but I forgot to submit my answer. in fact the PRODUCTS table is the large product table which contains all the existing products in all the cities and for depending on the selected city it displays the existing products at this city by serial number. it's a gallery that I manually added the controls so that it appears as an Excel table

 

in property items: i have : Sort(Filter(PRODUCTS;town=locVar.Title);'number_order '), LocVar is my local variable.

OK, it sounds like you have a table working with your gallery so let's address your question about creating a score. You asked to create a score using this example data:

product 1: 0.5
Product 2: 0.2
Product 3: 1
Product 4: 0
% score = (0.5 + 0.2 + 1 + 0/1 + 1 + 1 + 1) = 42.6%

 

This can be calculated using a formula like this:

 

Sum(myGalleryName.AllItems,Score)/CountRows(myGalleryName.AllItems)
// Ensure myGalleryName is changed to the name of your gallery and Score is changed to the name of the field that contains the score values

 

Does that get you what you're after?

Summer of Solutions | Week 4 Results | Winners will be posted on July 24th

We are excited to announce the Summer of Solutions Challenge!   This challenge is kicking off on Monday, June 17th and will run for (4) weeks.  The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions in the Forums to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities.    Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”)   - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024   Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods.  You must enter into each weekly Entry Period separately.   How to Enter: We invite you to participate in a quest to provide "Accepted Solutions" to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities.
