How to send Deep link in Email to show Gallery Screen

Hi, I created the app and I would like to send a deep link via Email to the approver when I click the "Send approver" button. I want the approver to see screenDetail and in Gallery to show all the Data I filter on Screen, but I don't know how. please help.

Thank you WarrenBelz but I found a problem, at 15.35 in the video.

I set the formula OnStart 

But I cannot use varRecord in Label. The error is in the attached image.

I'm not sure where something is wrong. Could you please give me some advice? 

PS. I use SharePoint but The video is Dataverse.

You are using GUID() around the parameter - I assume you are sending the Title column, so you do not need to do this - just refer to the Parameter Param("DeepLink"), which will be Text. You do not need to bother with the Variable - just put the Parameter above in the LookUp.

The formula in OnStart does not have an error but In Label Text still has the same error.

So what are you sending as the parameter is the launch URL ?

I try to use PlainText with varRecord and now no Error.

Why are you using PlainText() when Title is already a text field (not that this would break it anyway). Have you looked at the URL actually sent to the app (copy it from the address bar when you open it)? Somewhere along here, I do not think you are sending anything as the parameter.

Please post this URL as Text (you can xxxx the Power Apps ID characters, but leave in any ? or & signs). Can you also please do this for the link code you posted in the last reply.

Yes, You're right. No parameter at my URL and now I trying to do ti again from the first step.

As I asked before can you please post both the code and URL in text. From what I can see, your Parameter is vcID (you keep changing the code) which is set on varVCRecord.Title. The whole point here is that you need to ensure that this actually contains the Title field of the target record. I also assume that Title is unique in your List.

If you are using SharePoint, you are far better sending the ID as it is always unique then using Value(Param("Whatever")) and looking up the record with the ID.
