I'm looking for the best solution to deal with a table of questions.

I have a table of 8 columns, question group, group section, question number, Question, Question reference, yes/no option, Comment. with 1000 rows of questions.

I would like to create an app that would open where I can select "question group". once selected another page would be open which would display have a create new record or open previous record option, and name entry point. once completed next page would open to show the following question number, Question, Question reference, yes/no option, and an editable Comment. 

this screen is to have a save answer button, save record button and publish button.

Can someone advise if power apps would be able to complete the above plans?

Thanks Guy,

I managed to create an app using Power Apps and reached my first challenge. 

In my list of questions they are listed with column 1 being the question set, with 10 sets, which gives 1000 records with only 10 options. On the entry page can I reduce the display to only show the 10 different options?

I have tried using the Distinct option but keeps giving errors. 

where can I enter the distinct function in the below, where space200 is the data set & title is the question set.

SortByColumns(Filter([@'space 200'], StartsWith(Title, TextSearchBox1.Text)), "Title", If(SortDescending1, SortOrder.Descending, SortOrder.Ascending))
