I need a filter gallery with two conditions

I have a gallery with Sharepoint list data , i want to apply a fliter with an Or condition 

but does not work.

When i use this Filter('SharepointList';'Field_boss'.Email = User().Email)  It works

But if i try Filter('Salida de personal';'Jefe Inmediato'.Email = User().Email Or  User().Email = "mailtest@mail.com") Does not work

And Filter('Salida de personal';'Jefe Inmediato'.Email = User().Email ||  User().Email = "mailtest@mail.com") Does not work

Please consider changing your Formula to the following:

With({_u: User()};
    Filter('Salida de personal';
         ('Jefe Inmediato'.Email = _u.Email) ||  
         (_u.Email = "mailtest@mail.com")
    )
)

I am assuming that if the email is mailtest@mail.com that you want ALL records.

Absolutely...you can AND and OR as many things as you need.

NOTE: Just be sure to use parenthesis to designate your order of logic.

Ex:  true AND false OR true

Is that: true AND'ed with false and then OR'ed with true,  OR is it false OR'ed with true and then AND'ed with true?

If you write it as:  (true AND false) OR true then there is no mystery!!

I have this in my gallery, and it is working, but i dont know how to add to more conditions that check the same but change the Dropdown1.selected value... And to add the searchinf funtion too.

Sure...what is it that you are trying to filter on based on the Dropdown1?

I am not sure I am following what you mean by: "...but change the Dropdown1.selected value..."

I have a dropdown with 3 Values "Approved","Rejected","Waiting" ... The same values are on a option field on mi SP List... I want The gallery with the filter that you already help me yesterday. But i want to add those 3 types of values and that i can use the searchin too.

Ah...gotcha!!

Then the formula would be:

With({_u: User()};
    Filter('Salida de personal';
         ('Jefe Inmediato'.Email = _u.Email) ||  
         (_u.Email = "mailtest@mail.com");
         yourColumn.Value = Dropdown1.Selected.Value         
    )
)

NOTE: in the above, the new logic is added as another parameter to the Filter function (note the semicolon).  When you add another parameter to the Filter it is AND'ed with the other.  

So, in the above, the Dropdown and column value in your list MUST match, and then the other two OR conditions are evaluated.

What is it you are trying to search, the entire list result or the pre-list ('Salida de personal')?

If it is the entire result, then just add it around the formula:

  With({_u: User()};
    Filter('Salida de personal';
         ('Jefe Inmediato'.Email = _u.Email) ||  
         (_u.Email = "mailtest@mail.com");
         yourColumn.Value = Dropdown1.Selected.Value         
    )
  ),
