Issue Loading Images from Power App to SharePoint List for External Users

I have shared my power app with two people who are not part of my organization. The app is designed to capture construction images and input the data in text format, using a SharePoint list as the data source. Unfortunately, these two users are facing issues while trying to upload images to the SharePoint list image columns. Additionally, the image control in the power app is displaying a different image than the latest one on the SharePoint site. However, on my end, everything seems to be working correctly. Other items work perfectly, and they can view the SharePoint list from their end. How can I fix this image problem for external users?

Below is the formula

UpdateIf(WEPxy,ID=Last(WEPxy).ID, {'Main Panel ':First(MyPhotos).Value})

You have external users that utilize the app using that image column? Guess that's the first question. If so then got to dig deeper into permissions for external users as you said there on the site.

es, there are external users, I gave them permissions as described in my previous posts - it is working perfect for internal users but for external users the image part is not working

I am still experiencing an issue with external users.

I have granted contribute and edit permissions for both the main SharePoint list and the asset library. Additionally, I have ensured that all external users have licenses (free from my MS subscription) in the Microsoft Power App admin center, and I have shared the app.

I'm not sure what could be causing this problem. Is it possible that I need a $5 monthly subscription for users?

So now that you reply to this, this brings up an issue I have when using images from SharePoint and it's probably related. My users have to Authenticate with SharePoint from time to time for images to work in apps. It's possible the same thing is required here. Have these users been given a link at all to the SharePoint location? I would have one go to a list item directly, such as an image, get the direct URL to it so they have to authenticate to see the image. Then in same browser open the PowerApp and check. I bet it's same issue here, you just don't notice it with internal users because they have cached credentials from visiting SharePoint directly at some point and the images show. Totally forgot about this.

If this is indeed the same issue here which I got a feeling it might be, then you might have to give them a link to a SharePoint page to launch the app from instead of direct link to the app so that they get the SharePoint auth token/cookie whatever it is that it requires to use SharePoint content in an app.

Thank you so much. I have tried many times, but I have been unsuccessful. I suspect that there is something I am not doing right. Would you mind giving me a list of 4-5 steps that I can follow to achieve this? I believe we are very close to succeeding. Thank you in advance!

Just give them a link to the Document library directly. Like you go to the page, go to the site assets library itself and then copy the URL. Have them take that URL and visit it. It should ask them to login. If they can see the library, then in the same browser launch your PowerApp and see if the images come up. If so then this is the issue. I cannot have users see images by using apps alone, they must be authenticated to SharePoint in order to see the photos.

An external user accessed the document library link and was able to view the images. They then opened the app from SharePoint by clicking on 'Integrate' > 'Power Apps' > 'See all Power Apps' > 'Shared with me'. However, the 'Edit' button was greyed out, so they clicked on the 'Play' button and took some photos. The problem still persisted, the images were not loaded into the SharePoint.  I am wondering if this has something to do with the app editing button greyed out i.e.  not being able to edit?

Ok, so you have issues saving images? Thought you said they couldn't see images in the app? Can they "Save" images to the library by drag and drop? Assuming it's saving and not viewing that's the issue atm.

The edit button is only for people who own apps, that should be irrelevant.
