Link dropdown and textlabel

Hello everyone,

I have to link my dropdown with the text label.
I have a dataset with two columns Name and Datee.

I have created a dropdown which shows week range.

And with this i have created a text lable. 

So, my requirement is when i select a date range suppose i select 26/12/2022 to 1/1/2023 the text label should display abc. 
I'm trying to figure this out from last 1 hour but i'm not getting it how to link it. (i don't have to use gallery)

Hi @Sanskruti ,

I replicated your case. I have created an App to fix this issue. You need to split your date on the Dropdown's onChange and then need to use this on the textBox's Default property.
Dropdown's OnChange: Here Split the selected date range into daterange1 and daterange2 like below.

Set(daterange1, First(Split('ComboBox4'.Selected.Value, "to")));
Set(daterange2, Last(Split('ComboBox4'.Selected.Value, "to")));

Now, TextBox's Default property: On the Default property, use LookUp to filter the date as shown below.

LookUp(TempData, Datee >= DateTimeValue(daterange1.Value) && Datee <= DateTimeValue(daterange2.Value)).Name

Could you please send me a screenshot of combobox1's Items property like below? Does it have a column name Value?

No, i don't have any column called as value.

Ok @Sanskruti , Then You should use your column name instead of the value field highlighted below.

Set(daterange1, First(Split('ComboBox4'.Selected.Value, "to")));
Set(daterange2, Last(Split('ComboBox4'.Selected.Value, "to")));

Like:

Set(daterange1, First(Split('ComboBox4'.Selected.'Column Name', "to")));
Set(daterange2, Last(Split('ComboBox4'.Selected.'Column Name', "to")));

Can you once share your combobox expression?

If you select the collection assigned on the Items property and click on the expand icon then you can see what is the column name.

OR

1. Select dropdown

2. Click on the Edit link on the Field's property

3. This will open a window where you can see the column name. I have highlighted below
