Hello,
I have a Flow that creates and sends an email based on a List item.
The flow is used by multiple users without issues but last week one user started to have an issue with the flow.
For this user only, the flow started failing with the error "Item Not Found".
When looking at the flow history, the ID does not correspond to the SharePoint List ID he used to run the flow against.
The ID on the List item is 1079, but in the flow history it shows 10000179.
If I remove the users Run Only access and add it back, the user can run the flow once, and then the issue returns.
I would understand if the issue would affect all users who have Run Only access to the flow, but its only one user.
Tried searching the forum/google but could not find anything.
Has anyone else ever seen this type of behavior?

Recreate it.
Create a new flow from blank using that trigger, then recreate the flow - if you still see the same issue after a recreation then I would raise a support ticket with Microsoft via your admin portal.

How is the 1079 being sent to the flow as an input? I assume you have a step before this Get Item that gets the ID from the selected item? could you share a screenshot of the rest of the flow before this part?

I'm seeing that a lot of template items use a 'for a selected item' that uses an old schema

I created the Flow from blank and the user is still experiencing the same issue with same error.
Will open a ticket with MS.
Please let me know what their answer was if you can, interested to know what they say is the issue!

We are excited to announce the Summer of Solutions Challenge! This challenge is kicking off on Monday, June 17th and will run for (4) weeks. The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions in the Forums to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities. Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”) - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024 Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods. You must enter into each weekly Entry Period separately. How to Enter: We invite you to participate in a quest to provide "Accepted Solutions" to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities.
