Making HTML data multi line when pulling into a table

Hi,

I am trying to pull data from a SharePoint List into HTML in order to email directly to a user. I am currently using the following code.

The data for each record appears in a single line, i have tried inserting <tr> after Case ID to make the data appear over 2 lines, it splits the headings correctly but all the data comes below the Command level etc and not below the headings, is there a way to do it so each record comes under its retrospective heading?

Also if so can the headings be repeated for each record and not just once.

That is pretty much exactly what i'm after, the only difference is i want Record Date , Command Type, Incident Type & Case ID on the 1st line with their individual results, a break in the records so that the next 4 are below it.

Just means i have 4 on each line as opposed to all 8.

Just to add 1 extra question,

I've split the data over 3 lines now but want the Record Date: to span the whole screen leaving the 2nd line and 3rd to fill the 3 boxes exactly. I've tried specifying the size of 100% withn the <td> but it's giving errors.

Code written now with only 1 other issue, not all the fields will hold data and those that don't have the header in the middle of the box which has made it messy. How can i align the headings to the top on all the fields just incase a field is empty? If you can show me on 1 within my code i can manipulate the rest. 

Ps i'm using alot of <tr> as you can see to leave a gap between the various records is there a tidier way?

I think you need to brush up on html, we can mess about with this code forever otherwise, have a look here:

this will help you style the table without the dozens of <tr> you should use inline css to do that.
