Good afternoon, 

I am putting together a survey to obtain student's feedback on their individual teachers - currently I have it set up so that all a student's teachers appear on the first screen, the student will then select the arrow next to e.g. the first teacher which will then take them to a separate screen with questions about that teacher. Once the student has finished those questions they select the 'Next' button at the bottom of this second screen which brings them back to the first screen for them to move on to the second teacher and repeat this process.

What I am hoping to achieve is to have some way of automatically showing which teacher's questions a student has completed, by for example having a check box next to each teachers name on the first screen which automatically ticks when you have completed the questions for that teacher.

I am having a little trouble figuring out how to get something like this to work, I'd very much appreciate any suggestions!

This could be accomplished in a number of ways, depending on how the data is sourced and stored. If this is all done via sharepoint then you could setup a gallery of answers with each panel of the gallery containing a checkbox. You could then use LookUp and IsBlank to determine if an answer has been saved. You could use this information in Checkbox.Default where if the item is empty then the value is false, otherwise it is true. A rough idea of the code would be If(IsBlank(LookUp(DataSource, Teacher="Name", Question1)), false, true)

Sorry I should've included this, but yes I am using a sharepoint list for my questions, but I have set it up so that the student is unable to select the 'Next' button to bring them back to the first screen until they have completed all the dropdown questions.

Is it possible to, for example, have a checkbox auto selected on the first screen triggered by the student just selecting this 'Next' button that brings them to the first screen?
