Modify Default Message Using PowerApps Email Template

Hi, I am using PowerApps Email Template (Link)

When the Email button is Click This is the code  

ClearCollect(selecteduser,
ForAll(SponsorDataCardValue.SelectedItems,Office365Users.SearchUser({searchTerm:Email})),
ForAll(BackUpDataCardValue.SelectedItems,Office365Users.SearchUser({searchTerm:Email})));

how could I modify the default message on the email? ( where/how?) 

somethings like : 

(Today's date) 

(Person's name) was granted access to (Building's name) 

(Person's name) & (Building's name) is a column field similar to sponsor ( I am guessing it would be something similar to SponsorComboBox.SelectedItems )

To add an email screen from the template:

Sign in to Power Apps, and then create an app or open an existing app in Power Apps Studio.

This topic shows a phone app, but the same concepts apply to a tablet app.

On the Home tab of the ribbon, select New screen > Email.

By default, the screen looks similar to this:

A few helpful notes:

To search for users in your org, start typing their name in the text input box below "To".
When searching for people, only the top 15 results will be returned.
To add email addresses for email recipients outside your org, type out the full, valid email address, and select the '+' icon that appears to the right of it.
You must add at least one person as a recipient and provide a subject to send an email.
After you send the email, the contents of the subject line and message body, as well as the recipient list will all be erased.

Hi, thanks that is exactly what I am using/created what I am trying to do is to using that PowerApp template is to include a default message.

 I have no idea how to modify it so that the message's default text is:

(Today's date)

(Person's name) was granted access to (Building's name)

(Person's name) & (Building's name) is a column field similar to sponsor ( I am guessing it would be something similar to SponsorComboBox.SelectedItems )

 

( that way the user doesn't have to type it every time before sending, they would just modify it if needed)
