Network error when using Patch Function: an error occurred on the server

Hello,

        when I was first building the edit form, it told me that I needed to include ID. The ID field is the primary key. I needed to do auto increase and so in the default field I put in If(Form1.Mode=FormMode.New,Last('incentive_test.D_ClinicSessions').ID+1,ThisItem.ID). This field is required in azure sql. Now when I submit the form it gives me the error of "Network error when using Patch Function: an error occurred on the server"

For your ID field:  Coalesce(Parent.Default ,First(Sort('incentive_test.D_ClinicSessions', ID, Descending)).ID+1)

Never put any functions following SubmitForm().  They are not necessarily executed sequentially and they should never be executed at all if the submission fails.  Instead, they belong in the OnSuccess property of the form.

Thank you, I did put in the Coalease formula for my ID field, would you have any idea as to the error I get when submitting the form. I made submit form at the bottom, I have take n out the other items but nothing.

One of your fields is probably incorrectly configured in the form. To get a clue, use the Monitor function.  The alternative is to remove each card one by one and retry the submission until you find the culprit.

       Ok, I will try eliminating the variables because on my monitor function there is nothing there. It just tells me that no activity captured yet.

Hello, I did the monitor thing and it gave me this info but I am not sure how to go about this.

Delete your connection and reconnect and try again.

What I did was remove the data source

I saved and exited out of the app. 

logged back in the app and added the data source. I tried it again and it gave me the same error a bad gateway.
