Hello,

Please help. I have a custom form via power apps in sharepoint, I have revisions in the form.. but there are some of the users still reflecting the old version of the form while others are okay. Been 26hrs already and still the same.. can anyone help and advise what could be the reason??

1. Are these mobile app users or browser users? Or both?

2. Did those users close and reopen Power Apps mobile app, or for browser, did they close and reopen the app in the browser?

3. If you make a very minor change now like move something very slightly, and click Save and publish once more, and then instruct those users to try step 2 above again after 1-5 minutes of publishing the app again, does it help?

poweractivate_0-1666842211224.png

4. Does repeating step 3 and then 2 again one more time help?

5. Put a Label in the lower right of the Screen in a visible place, and put something like "v1.01" for the Text property or anything you want in it. Then repeat steps 3 then 2  - does the label show for those users?

6. If Step 5 worked, try changing v1.01 to v1.02 and then Save and Publish, and repeat steps 3 then 2 again. Does the changed label show?

7. If the issue persists for some mobile users, does deleting and uninstalling the Power Apps mobile app once, help resolve it? This also will help make sure it's the latest version, and this step should also clear the internal cache and data of the mobile app just in case. If this works, does it help resolve it without having to have the users do that step again after it was done once?

8. If the issue persists for some browser users, if any user has been using Firefox or Internet Explorer and experiencing the issue there, or some browser other than Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, does making them use latest version of Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge solve the issue?

9. If the issue persists for some browser users does updating the browser version of Chrome or Edge help?

10. For browser users who have the issue persisting for them, does clearing all cookies and cache just once, closing the browser, opening it, and trying again, help resolve this issue and does it help resolve it without having to have the users do that step again?

11. As a temporary troubleshooting step for browser users, if the browser they are using is Chrome, does using Microsoft Edge instead help? If the browser they are using is Microsoft Edge, does using Google Chrome instead help? Also make sure it's the latest version of the browser, and try to clear all of the browser cache and cookies once as well, close the browser completely, and then reopen the browser, sign in again and try again - even on the browser that is not usually used - to see if it helps.

See if any of this helps @jaina

Since last two updates it happens time to time and the only way to get the latest published, try adding a label or any control in any screen and delete the added control, now republish the app do it one or two times, that should force latest published version to show up.

Thank you

Hello @Ramole & @poweractivate , thanks for your solution provided. I noticed that there are so much delays for other users before the changes reflect on their end. I just advised them to clear historical data/cache/cookies of their browser. As of now, it is okay. Thanks!
