Office 365 user data to SharePoint list

We are using Office 365 Business Premium version and we would like to connect Office 365 User data to SharePoint list.

In our plan can we do this process or we need to buy a license from PowerApps?

Accessing user data does not require a Premium license.  But could you explain a bit more about what you are trying to do?

We need to create the SharePoint User Profile list from our Office 365 user data.

For example, the active user only shows this SharePoint list

Do you mean you are trying to filter the contents of a SharePoint list based on the current user?

Could you please share a bit more about your scenario?

Do you want to populate your SP list with data (Active Only) from your Office 365 Users?

Based on the issue that you mentioned, I think PowerApps could achieve your needs, and you do not need to purchase additional PowerApps license.

I have made a test on my side, please take a try with the following workaround:

1. Create a blank app.

2. Add your Office 365 Users and your SP List as data source in your app.

3. Add a Button called "Sync Data From O365 Users to SP List", set the OnSelect property to following:

ForAll(
           Filter(Office365Users.SearchUser(), AccountEnabled=true),
           Patch(
                     'YourSPList',
                      Defaults('YourSPList'),
                      {
                        DisplayNameColumn: DisplayName,
                        MailColumn: Mail,
                        JobTitleColumn: JobTitle,
                        DepartmentColumn: Department,
                         ...
                      }
          )
)

Note: The DisplayNameColumn, MailColumn, JobTitleColumn, ... represents the columns from your SP List. The DisplayName, Mail, JobTitle, Department, ... represents the columns from the result the Filter(Office365Users.SearchUser(), AccountEnabled=true) formula returned.

Please take a try with above solution, check if the issue is solved.

As you said we don't need to purchase the additional license for PowerApps.

So I tried to Sign in to PowerApps with my office 365 account. but it shows always loading the page.

After Authenticate our office 365 user account still shows the Sign-in required

Can you please explain how to sign in properly?

Based on the issue that you mentioned, I think this issue may be related to the credential you provided to sign in PowerApps within your browser.

Please consider clear cache of your browser, then sign in PowerApps with your proper credentials, then check if the issue is solved.

Also please consider sign in your PowerApps using other browsers, check if the issue is fixed.

All workaround is not working...

Can you please explain PowerApp is free for office 365 customers or they need to purchase the separate license?

because I tried to log in what you mentioned support link, but its redirect to license purchase page.

PowerApps is included with almost all the Office 365 licenses, but it is a seperate license SKU and can be turned off by administrators.  What Office 365 license do you have?

We are using Office 365 Business Premium version license purchased from Germany (office.de)
