PDF viewer path

Hi there, Sunday question if someone is around and willing to help!

I have all my documents in the "Documents" section in my Share point site. Inside that Document folder I have subfolders for instance project 1, project 2, project 3. etc and inside each subfolder I have all the PDF's. I would like that in my PDF viewer the path will be dynamic. 

I have been trying for the items property = Documents. plus "/ Gallery1.selected.ProjectName"

But is not working

Any help please?

Hey, I have some progress but I am getting a delegation warning.

I am using this formula for the gallery items =

Filter(Documents, 'Folder path'= "Shared Documents/"&varMainContract&"/")

But the 'Folder path' is complaining for delegation. My question is :

I am pretty sure that in each subfolder will never be more than 100 documents. But the total of documents in that "Shared Documents" folder for sure will exceed more than 2000 files. So this mean I won't see all my files or it is not a problem since I am filtering by subfolder?

Hi @sajarac ,

Unfortunately, there will be a delegation problem.

So, I suggest you create another text column.

The column is used to save the value of 'Folder path'.

You could use forall and patch or anything else to copy values of 'Folder path' to the text column in bulk.

Then you could create a automated flow . When someone create a new file in your document library, the flow will copy the value to the text column. (Use when a file is created trigger )

Hey. Thank you very much for your prompt response. It seems like there is no more choices. I will definitely implement that solution. Well in fact is too many flows calls but it is what it is. Thanks again for your advice.
