If you have the string in your app, then you can use the ParseJSON function and extract the fields you want with an expression like the one below:

For example, I used the attached swagger file to create a custom connector that retrieves your JSON from a URL... After assigning the response to a variable 'resp', I can bind the response to a gallery with the following expressions:
Gallery1.Items: resp.tracks.items
Image1.mage: First(ThisItem.album.images).url
Label1.Text: ThisItem.name
Label2.Text: ThisItem.album.name
Label3.Text: ThisItem.album.release_dateWhich gives me this gallery:

I managed to successfully create an API where the user type the name of the song:
and when click on the search icon, the following formula run:
Until here everything works fine, in fact, if i go to monitor activity i see the response 200:
But i'm not able to integrate those results in the gallery.
I tried your formula but isn't working:
Would you have any suggestion ?
Where should i put the parse json formula ?

What is the error that you get in the gallery? I don't know the schema of the response to SpotifyConnector.SpotifySearch, but when you are in the formula bar in the gallery's Items property, when you type <<VarSearchResult.>>, you should see the options for the response (below is what I see, and my variable name is 'resp').
If I enter the name of the variable inside the item property of a new gallery i get this message:
So it's untyped object.
This is the moment where i generate the variable (user press search button):
If i go to process monitor after i press button, this is what i have:
First line is user pressing the search button. Right after the API it's called successfully in the second line.

We are excited to announce the Summer of Solutions Challenge! This challenge is kicking off on Monday, June 17th and will run for (4) weeks. The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions in the Forums to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities. Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”) - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024 Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods. You must enter into each weekly Entry Period separately. How to Enter: We invite you to participate in a quest to provide "Accepted Solutions" to as many questions as you can.
