I need help getting the checkbox selections saved as new records to Sharepoint. All of the information on the form is coming from other tables. The table I need to save it to should capture the ID, Shift, Workday. For example if AM and PM are selected at least 1 day would also be selected, let's say Monday. In my Sharepoint list I need to capture 2 records,....1. ID, AM, Monday 2. ID, PM, Monday. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I figured it out! It needed "{AttendeeID: Value(DataCardValue16.Text)}"

Just to clarify, you need to create multiple record from a single form, isn't ?
You can use a edit form with your SP List as data source, add checkboxes for each day and shifts:
On your submit button check if the checkboxes of shifts has been selected and execute a patch function for each of them.

Yes, I definitely need to create multiple record from a single form. My concern with using your solution would be having all of the days of the week in the same field. I will be pulling reports by the scheduled day of the week. My thinking was that retrieving those scheduled for shift = AM and workday = Wednesday would be easier than workday contains Wednesday. You could change workdays to be Yes/No columns on SP List:

I think this may work and I'm trying to buil it but I'm stuck on the properties for the Shift checkboxes. What information (if any) do I need to enter into the 'oncheck' and 'onuncheck' properties? Currently they all say 'false'.

You don't need to change anything in this checkboxes, the magic happens on a patch functions.

It doesn't like the Patch for some reason? I only changed a few items....
the name of the destination table from yours = Schedule to mine = Schedules
the column name from yours = Shift to mine = dayShift
And I updated the DataCardValue Identifyers to match mine.
The AttendeeID is a required field and should be part of the patch. I included it in my code but still no records populated. When I hover over the AttendeeID in the code it says, "The type of this arguement does not match the expected type 'Number'. Found type 'Error'.
Also, when I hover over the dayShift in the code it says, "The type of this arguement does not match the expected type 'Record'. Found type 'Text'.

Try to patch only PM shift, it works ?
The dayShift column is a choice field in Sharepoint. And no doing just the PM didn't result in any records. It still is looking for a 'Record' type for dayShift.
I got PM to work by changing
{dayShift:"PM"}, to be
{dayShift:"{Value: "PM"}},
So Now I'll try adding the AttendeeID and try to fix that type error. And we will have IT!!!
