Patch slider value to a share point list

I’ve been trying to patch a slider Value to my share list but I’ve been having trouble with the formula and any help would be great!

Thanks for all your help from the very beginning. 

Unfortunately,  I have tried everything to make this pop up trigger when I  want to and its not working out.

I will end it at here and I will try to figure this out. Your help was much appreciated!

I didn't want to bother you but It seems you didn't like I open a different thread.

I have tried everything under the son to get this Pop Up to trigger and nothing is working...

I believe its because the "look up" problem.. Maybe we should set is as a Variable?

I just need it to trigger when a duplicate it found.. When exact "Zone Area" and "Equipment Type" match... on a previously entry ... So when they click on the button I need the formula to run and check the Sharepoint list. Equipment Type only Has 5 Selections (text) so if any of those selections match "Zone Area" before then the pop up shows. 

"Equipment Type" has:

SINGLE BELT

DOUBLE BELT 

TRACTOR 

CNX TRACTOR 

POWER

It is not you opening the new thread that was the issue - it is not referring to the previous thread - it is invaluable to anyone answering to have the benefit of what has been asked and tried before (hence my post referring to it).

If I cannot work out exactly what you need (and this is still my difficulty as you keep changing things), I cannot provide the code you require (and I am sure I know the answer if I can just understand the issue - particularly your data structure). 

This should have been a really easy thing to solve, but I am more than happy for you to ask someone else to have a go (sometimes communication styles just do not align), however as you have discovered Drrickryp (who is a very smart at Power Apps) does not seem to be able to work out exactly what you want either.

Please go back to the last code I posted and put the various pieces on labels and see if they get the values you are expecting.
