I am a brand new user on Office 365.
I created a power app that connects to a sharepoint list. It works on the web and in the builder.
I installed the mobile app on a Motorola G6 running android, all the lastest updates on everything.
I cannot for the life of me get the app to show up on mobile. I have logged out and in, reloaded the app, I have recreated the app, renamed it... everything.
Does this work for anyone or am I spinning my wheels here?
edit: I am viewing with "All Apps". There are not a lot of options in the mobile app, I feel like I have explored them all.

Solved! Go to Solution.
I want to chime in here and mark this as resolved. It took a long time, but if anyone else has this problem it may help them.
When you first log into the Power Apps "app" on your mobile device, before you even type your name in to log in.... there is a gear icon in the lower right. You have to choose your environment here correctly. I was not in "GCC".
My app is now working on my phone and I am excited to dive into the power apps world and make my app work like I want it too.
Thank you for the help I received here.
Hi @Blackburd ,
Which kind of environment was the app created in?
In general, only apps created in Production type Environment show in the PowerApps mobile client by default.
You have to enable 'Show non-production apps' feature in left setting menu to display apps from all environments.
Ps: Environment Type can be found in Power Platform Admin Center\
Hope this helps.
Sik
Under environment type at Power Platform admin center (microsoft.com)
No environments were found
There is an information box that says:
"The list below contains environments that are active, inactive, and preparing. Click to view environments you may recover."
If I click on that I get:
"Unexpected error occurred"
If I click on the button to create a new environment I get a spinning working icon that never changes.
Under Data Policies I get "User not authorized"
After a while I was able to get into the dialogue for creating a new environment. The result was:
"The user does not have a license that allows environment creation. Request ID: b087a06a-f694-449b-9bc1-54221587d6ec."
It would have been nice if the application would have told me this before I put work into making an app. What a waste of time.
Thanks for your help.
Hang 10, You mentioned that you are new to Powerapps, firstly welcome to the community and secondly doing something new is not a waste and may lead to some learning.
If you brand new as you mentioned, then the default environment is where you created the app (that's the default for everyone). I know you saved the app but have you published the app? Also if you have an I.T department they might or may be restricting environments but the default environment is pretty much the sand box area for users to start using Powerapps. Just make sure you published the app. Maybe try sharing the app with someone else and try see if they can see the app on their phone.
Hi @Blackburd ,
Have you tried to enable the 'Show non-production apps' feature in PowerApps Mobile to find your apps?
If you haven't been assigned with a PowerApps license or have no permission to create a new environment, please consider signing up for a Community Plan, which is a a free development environment for individual use. See: Power Apps Community Plan
Hope this helps.

Which kind of environment was the app created in?
It does not say, nor did it ask when I created it. The options for creating a new app are: Canvas, Model-Driven, Portal. I do not know what these mean and it's not intuitive.
In general, only apps created in Production type Environment show in the PowerApps mobile client by default.
I do not get an option to choose my environment when I create an app so I'm at a loss on how to choose "Production"
In the admin center it shows no environment created and when I try to create one of the type "Production" I get an error: "The user does not have a license that allows environment creation. Request ID: b5ceaf29-01b9-4dde-882f-3fe110982f29"
My IT department cannot figure this out, it's above their head.
You have to enable 'Show non-production apps' feature in left setting menu to display apps from all environments.
Where? On the web app, or in the "power apps" app (what a terrible name) on the mobile client? I keep seeing this answer but it is always missing context.
Ps: Environment Type can be found in
Publish is not an option for me:
This is not an option in my mobile client.
Creating an app in a development environment would be a huge waste of time for me if I can never use it with my data in production. It would be nice if Power Apps would just tell me that my organization chose not to pay for this, and how much it might cost to enable it. Placing the application in the suite of office tools, having it seem to work, and then not work because of a buried licensing issue is the kind of thing that frustrates users and drives them away from using the products as they could.
Hi blackburd, From your reply, we can 99% conclude that there is no other environment and the default is being used. I've sent you a Private message to assist you. Otherwise,
MS learn portal (free) - I suggest the Powerapps course. Also there is a course for your I.T team to manage the power platform environment and O365 as a whole.
I believe if your I.T team (all of them) complete the courses for O365 and other modules around the power platform it'll be baseline for working there. Each of them will have more or less the same knowledge. They will be ninja's at best after that.
Thanks for the reply, it looks like this is the case.
