Power Apps Formula for Checking Existing Events Based on Date, Time, and Location

Hi, I have a Sharepoint list with several fields to input, "From" field relates to when an event starts (This captures date and hour), "to" relates to when an event finishes, there is also "location" which is a multiple choice. This Sharepoint list is connected to Power Apps as a form. When a user fills this form I need something to check by looking in the Sharepoint list if the location that the user is trying to pick is in use on the same date and hour by another user.

I don't know how to capture the hour value... If you have any idea I would appreciate it.

What is I have this "ARF" list in Sharepoint, it contains 3 major columns, "From" which captures the date and hour, "To" which captures the date and hour as well and "Locations" which is a multiple choice and can have more than 3 or 4 selections, so what I truly need is when a new user is willing to create a new form entry using power apps and the user already picked a "from" date and hour, a "to" date and hour and one or two options in "locations" it will check in the Sharepoint list and see if there is any other entry that has the same date and the same range of hour and same locations or some locations (this to prevent other users to book locations that are not available) and if found the app has to notify the user that the chosen location is not available.

That is what I thought the code I posted would do - what result do you get from it ?

When I run the app instantly I get an error, then I start filling in the date and hour but as soon as I select anything in the "Locations" it prompts an error even if I change the date or other locations, the only moment it says success is when the "Locations" is empty.

If DataCardValue12 is a multi-choice Combo Box with the output of .Value and Locations is a multi-value choice column, then what I posted should work. I am assuming the Items of DataCardValue12 is

Choices([@ARF].Locations)

You are correct, it is like that but still showing an error

I chose a date far in 2 years and still gives an error. Once again thank you for your time

Yeah I understand, I don't know if this is something with the Locations in the Sharepoint list or is it with the From and To dates with hour, as I mentioned when I just open it says Available but as soon as I enter any date even if there is no records in the list says error. Thank you for all your help
