Power Apps not working in "Power BI Embedded" SaaS (or PaaS as some people call it)

Hi, I have the following problem, hope someone can give me a hand:

1. Here is my Power BI Desktop with 2 different Power Apps in it, that work:

2. Once published to Power BI Service, they both show up, and also work:

3. But, I also have in my own website a Power BI Embedded SaaS (or PaaS, as some people call it). There, the PowerApps don't work. Don't even show up in reality . A message comes up saying "this app isn't working. refresh your browser or try again later".

4. That error has nothing to do with the browser: happens in both Chrome and Edge. Has to do with something related to the Power BI Embedded  because, as shown above, from a same browser the error doesn't happen in Power BI Service

So the question is: Any clue what's the problem? Power Apps should work in Power BI Embedded Saas......according to my research.

Just in case (and I have no idea if it has anything to do), in all the screenshots above (Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power BI Embedded) I have logged in with the same user, that has the following licenses:

Hey can you point me to the research you did that says an embedded App should work for externally published  Power BI reports.. my understanding is that if it is externally facing it will not work as Power Apps needs to run under a user context and the external embed wouldn't be running as a domain-enabled user/guest.

"Power Apps visual is only supported for guest users when the following conditions are met:

- The canvas app URI (weblink) includes the tenantId of the app in the query string.
- The Power BI portal authenticates the user, instead of allowing anonymous access.
- The canvas app is shared with the guest user attempting to see the contents of the app.

First of all let me thank you for your reply.  Let me clarify a bit

The "Power BI Embedded SaaS" that I have embedded into my website is not publicly externally facing. User needs to login to my website. And behind the scenes, when a user logs in to my website, tokens are shared back and forth with Power BI Embedded SaaS, in order to load Power BI Embedded SaaS with relevant data for that user (no RLS involved though). 

If you go back to my original post, you will see that I say:

With all that said, this "should" work seamlessly in Power BI Embedded SaaS. Why? In the research I did nowhere does it say there is a limitation in Power BI Embedded SaaS with logged in users, as is my case,

The Apps you embedded, have they been shared with that user or a security group that the user is in?

Alternatively you can raise a support ticket and reference those Session IDs you see in the App error details, and a Microsoft representative should be able to investigate further:

Yes, the Apps that are embedded into my Power Bi Embedded SaaS report, each of those apps have been shared with the users on their own

Ok yeah, something strange going on then, I would recommend you raise a Microsoft support ticket and reference those Session IDs you see in the App error details:

That's what I've done, contact Microsoft Support.

And for the record, in case other people visit this post: I also did the exercise of creating FROM Power BI Service a  brand new app in PowerApp, a simple button that opens cnn.com in a browser. Same outcome: gets loaded and  is working in the Power BI Service of course. In "Power BI Embedded SaaS", the error described in this post continues to happen. Screenshots follow:
