Power Apps table pass data to Automate

Tried a variety of approaches all fail. Is there a straight forward way to pass PowerApp DataTable content to Automate? 

Automate (Flow) passes data to OneDrive For Business, Excel file. Automate test does pass data to One Drive For Business Excel.

Hi @CABIRD ,

If you want to send a table to Power Automate, you can send it as an array in JSON notation using the JSON() function. The table array becomes a string.

You can test this out:

Set(test,JSON(DropDownSample))

The formula above turns the sample table that appears in the drop down menu into the JSON string below:

[{"Value":"1"},{"Value":"2"},{"Value":"3"}]

Test the JSON function on your own table, and copy its results. 

In Power Automate, insert a Parse JSON action:

In the field for Content, click 'Ask in Power Apps' from the list of dynamic content. This causes the flow to include a new parameter.

Next, click the button for "Generate schema from sample" at the bottom of the action for Parse JSON. Paste in the JSON of your table that you had copied. Click Done. This will create a JSON schema for your table. 

Caution that if you use a sample table that contains null values in any fields, some columns may not be correctly identified. For instance, if you have a blank for a column, the generation will not know if it should expect a string, integer for that column. So always use records with complete data.

Now you can reference the table throughout your flow. Body is the entire contents of the table.

Note that when changing the flow, remember to remove and re-add the flow from the app for the changes to be updated in the app.
