PowerApps - Send Email button and using If statement in To field

Hi,

I have a powerapps where my team has a form to track several columns of info into a Collection, displayed in a gallery. Then when all the entries are submitted, there is a button to push the details out in an email. I have used previous statement to a static list of recipients, however, I'd like to filter the recipient list (To field) based on whether there area is listed in one of the columns of the collection.

I've tried a few options, but this is the closest I've come...yet still doesn't work as intended:

Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2(If("Text1" in Collection.Column,"email address 1",If("Text2" in Collection.Column,"email address 2",If("Text3" in Collection.Column,"email address 3",etc.,))),"Else email address")...

The goal is that the applicable email address is only added to the email going out if their area is included in any of the entries under the particular column.

Happy to provide more details if it helps answer this, but hopefully the problem is clear enough. Thanks for any help provided!

Please consider changing your Formula to the following:

Office365Outlook.SendEmailV2(
    If("Text1" in Collection.Column, "email address 1",
       "Text2" in Collection.Column, "email address 2",
       "Text3" in Collection.Column, "email address 3",
       etc.,
       "Else email address"
    ),
...

It's a lot of If statement conditions and would ideally be selected in a different way, but the above should work for you.  

If not...what kind of column is Column??

That's much cleaner, however it still doesn't function as intented. It only sends the email to the first email listed.

I'm very open to doing it all a different way, if there's something better. (I'm a pretty amatuer builder still.)

The Column is just a text column. We enter data via multiple text inputs, afterwhich we click a button to add the text inputs into the collection, separating the different text inputs into fields/columns. The one I want to search/filter is for different city names, I've titled "Base". We have 5 major cities that have their own dedicated email for. Then if it's any other city listed in the Base field, I want a separate email included as well. I only want the cities included if they are listed in the collection at the time of sending.
