PowerApps SharePoint Form wont close form After submit unless I refresh my screen
So I made a List in SP, and then clicked "Customize SharePoint Forms" I left the form part alone that loads on default. and created a new screen so I can position all my fields where I want. I then set the default values of the loaded SharePoint fields to the fields in my screen I created.
Everything submits fine, but after I submit a form and click NEW at the top in SharePoint it pops open the form I just submitted, on the last screen I was on (screen with submit button).
for my submit button I have:
SubmitForm(SharePointForm1); Exit()
Am I missing something as to why SharePoint still thinks its alive even though its submitting data to SharePoint? (i also made sure that the "SharePointForm1" is set to "New" by default.
Is it just me/browser settings? or has anyone else come across this? I have tried it in edge and chrome and both do the same thing... any help would be great!

Hello @Spassler
You want to use this:
RequestHide()
instead of exit

@Jcook ,
I tried that the form closes, brings me back to my list but when I click new at the top it still opens the screen i have with the submit button on it. plus the
RequestHide()
command is already in the "On Success" of the "SharePointForm1" already by default... its almost like my "screen" isn't seen as part of the app/form?

Hi @Spassler
Please make sure to reset your form as well.
ResetForm(Form1)

Hi @Spassler
Sorry , when you say it doesn’t work, what is happening?
Place the ResetForm() and the RequestHide() on the onSuccess property of the form

@Jcook ,
ResetForm(Self); RequestHide()
is on the "OnSuccess" for "SharePointForm1"
then on another screen, I have a button that has:
SubmitForm(SharePointForm1)
When I fill out my form and press my button, I see the data submit to SharePoint and the form will close. But when I click "NEW" on the list without refreshing my browser is opens up the screen with the button and all my fields are populated with the same data that was just submitted to the form.

Ahh, okay.
since the data is being saved correctly. Couldn’t we add a Back() function on the onSuccess
ResetForm(Self); Back(); RequestHide()

@Jcook ,
This brings the form back to the first Page / Screen. But it doesn't solve the issue of it not being a fresh app/form.
in the picture below you can see I have 3 screens. In the "TermForm1" and "TermForm2" screens I have Labels and Input fields which the value of those input fields are set as the default values to the matching fields on the "SharePointForm1" fields. After I submit the data via the submit button, the "TermForm2" screen with the submit button closes and the data from "TermForm1" and "TermForm2" show up in my SharePoint list. But then I click "NEW" in the SP List and then "TermForm2" opens back up with the same data I just submitted. Am I doing something wrong?
I also changed the button command to just:
SubmitForm(SharePointForm1)
Then had it navigate on success to a new screen called "Completed" with a label saying thanks, the form was successfully completed and another button with:
ResetForm(SharePointForm1); RequestHide(); Exit()
it closes the form and then if I don't refresh and hit "NEW" at the top I get this:

closest I've come to so far is adding the "Launch" command to my Lists URL it forces it in a new tab sadly but its closer than I was...
