Hi Guys, we have a PowerBI tile in a PowerApp , the reports is displayed very pixelized,

While the actual report in PowerBi.com or in a web browser seems to display just fine

Are we missing some configuration?

Thanks in advance.

Hi @v-jefferni

Yes it is the PowerBI Tile, and we have the default 16:9 setting, not a low res one... (it is 1366 x 800).

We will try to up the app resolution, but this will mean re-doing the whole UI...

Will update you if we find a solution, but ATM, all powerBI tiles not working!

Hi @3ation ,

Do you mean that Power BI tile in Power Apps displays in a blurry view but clear in Power BI desktop or web client? Have you changed the App's resolution to custom in App settings?

If so, I believe it is the custom resolution caused this issue, you will need to customize the App’s resolution in Power Apps settings:

Below is the view in resolution of 480P:

While changed to 2K, everything becomes much more clearly:

Please have a try, customize the App’s resolution adjust to the monitor.

Hi there,

I apply this method and this ok for me, hope that works for you!

Step 1: Go to Setting > Display.

Step 2: Turn Off the Scale to fit function

Step 3: Holla! the issue will be fixed

thank you, i tried that, but then the app will not fit automatically on end user's screen, becz there are lot of users and I dont know the screen size for all users, i think scale to fit helps to resize automatically based on the screen.

@Pronay you can try to use the container element to make your app responsive to the user's screen, that is what I do now for all my apps.

you can follow Reza to do that, this is the link to make a responsive app

I am also having this issue. Can someone help?

Please see the image of the Power BI table, which is clear, but the Power App text is fuzzy.

People using this say it hurts their eyes, which is now a health and safety issue. 😅

I think I found the issue In PowerBI. When you get to 100% zoom, the PowerApp is clear.

Then, for every odd number you go up it is fuzzy, 100% clear, 110% fuzzy, 120% clear, 130% fuzzy...

The problem is the PowerBI page at 100% doesn't fit the full screen, and 120% is bigger than the screen.

So there is something wrong when you zoom in on the Power BI page that needs to be fixed.

This is on both desktop and web.
