Powerapp Form Displaying Completely Blank Within SharePoint

Hello,

My PowerApp form began displaying completely blank white screen within Sharepoint whether I select New, or try to Click on an existing Form and view in Edit Mode. When I go into PowerApps and view the Form it is completely fine and I can even Submit Forms from there that work just fine.

The only thing I can think of that may have caused this was me deleting previous Test Forms I had submitted to clear out my list. I tried restoring a previous version, but that did not work. I am very confused on why this would just happen almost out of the blue.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,

Jacob

I had app working this morning.. went in and made 1 change.. now it is coming up blank .  What in the world is going on?

I've been doing sharepoint lists and powerapps for 2 years.. I've never seen the form just show up blank.  I cannot get my new app to work again.. mind you it was working this morning when I did training.  Now it is now. This has got to be some kind of microsoft glitch.  Anyone know how to get a ticket with microsoft open?

I found that when you open the SharePoint list in an InPrivate / Incognito window then the PowerApps list form appears properly. This lead me to think that clearing the browser cache would fix it and it does. It's frustrating but you need to clear your browser cache after publishing a change to the PowerApps form.

I actually found that out late yesterday also.  And found that users could see it ok with out doing so but only I was seeing the blank screen.  Definely some glitchy stuff

This issue/bug started happening to an app yesterday.

I am new to this so I spent half a day attempting various "fixes" like restoring previous versions, deleting list views etc.

Do you have any idea what might be causing this bug? And were your users not affected over time when the app was published/re-published? I worry that at some point they might have this issue when the app is released.

Have you had to clear the cache after every change that you publish for the affected lists? Or did this settle down in your apps?

It happens every time I publish changes to a SharePoint list form. Sadly it does affect my users too. I now notify them with instructions to clear their cache if they see a blank form when I'm publishing changes.

I suspect it is some kind of version conflict happening with the way PowerApps does its caching. I'm tempted to raise a support ticket with Microsoft about it. If I get anywhere with that I will share an update here.

Sigh. Having to ask users to clear their cache is not a great user experience but at least that's an option.

The following also seems to work:

When you see the blank form, there is a "copy link" option at the top. If you copy that link and paste it into a new browser you get to see the form alone in the new window. It seems to work with or without clearing the cache. Not great either, but at least a bit easier.

Thanks @SteveF-UK

I found that if I cleared my browser history it fixed the issue.  But in the last 2 months I've had this flaky problem more and more.  First the blank form.  Then I add a document through power apps to a sharepoint list and the view does not show it.  I can go to my view and the document isn't there.  I can go to my list contents and the count shows its there.  If I clear browsing history again.. its there.  Then if I edit a document it pops up.. next time it pops up and disappears.  Again if I clear history it works again. I'm literally spending all day clearning my history so I can test changes.

Something has drastically gone wrong somewhere.
