Powerapp not running on same version as published version

Hey guys,

Is there a way to manually update the version of powerapps?

I've created a powerapp and made some changes on thursday last week and published it, its now monday and the changes are not visible on the desktop or mobile app?

These are the versions of the app so far

Amber_L_0-1629059152255.png

But when I open the app it shows this as the current version?

Is there a reason why the app wont update? The new version has a fix for a few errors so we are wanting this working asap but cant find a way to manually update to this published version.

Any help will be appreciated.

Cheers, Amber

The Power Apps release version (3.21081) is different to the version of your own App (140).

Power Apps is not available in all regions at once. Instead, each version is made available incrementally in different regions of the world, but this is different to your App.

To see the latest version of your App, your users need to wait 3-5 minutes after you Publish your App and then:

Desktop: Refresh the App page in their browser,

Mobile: Restart PowerApp application.

We are having the same issue. No matter how many refreshes, clearing cache, even trying with brand new users, they are being delivered an old version and not the published one.

I'm having the same problem (Sweden) since last week.

Version 83 is live and published but the version showing when I (and the users) open the app is version 73

When I try to open it in the Power Apps iPhone application I get this error message:

{"error":{"code":"InvalidXrmConnectionReference","message":"XRM-anslutningsreferensen saknar ett API-namn eller anslutningsnamn."}}

It works fine in our test environment but not in production. Any guess why?

cleared up after a day or so. Seems to be a platform issue

Same issue... it is really annoying. Apps works fine in editing mode, but when trying to launch example from mobile, just keep loading and finally shows 2 years old version.

Hello, I'm facing the same issue, I publihsed the app but I can't access the live app, it just keeps loading forever.
Is this a common occurrence? Let me know what other steps I can try:
I tried- clearing the browswer cache, hard reload, accessing the app incognito, nothing works.
The edit mode works just fine though.

Same issue here. Seems like a Power Apps bug. 🤔
