I just added a simple chart and now I get this ugly message....

"....uses features that don’t work on a browser. To use it fully, install PowerApps Studio"

Isn't this supposed to be a mobile tool? Iv'e looked through the discussion board and see this problem has been there for a year with no solution. Just hide the message please! The chart works in the browser!

Very dissapointed to not see this basic charting feature available for browser and mobile deployments. You can't expect tenants to install powerapps studio for hundreds of users to a see simple charts.

I am not sure what is causing the error. That warning should only be shown for those controls mentioned. Verify that the galleries and forms do not contain Camera, Microphone, or Barcode controls.

You can also try removing controls one by one and re-publish the app to find which one is producing the error. Don't worry, you can always revert to an earlier version from the app versions page.

The warning is because there are some problems with drawing some chart components on browsers. For example, the bottom of the chart might be slightly cut off when there is no x-axis and aspect ratio is unlocked.

However, thanks to your feedback, we are considering removing the warning since the majority of users should not encounter problems.

Update: we have decided to remove the warning. Starting in early May, the warning will not show up.

Hi tahoon

My users are still seeing this notification message though, many of our users are using the apps on their browsers and it is not a good user experience if they have to close this notification each time..

However I noticed that I am not seeing it, e.g. when using Google Chrome and using Windows 10. Could it be that the solution to 'remove' the notification is only true for certain operating systems or browsers?

Apps published after May will not show the warning message for charts. If you have created an app before May, make sure to re-publish it to get the fix.

The warning message is also shown for other controls. IE does not support Camera and Barcode. Edge and IE does not support microphone.

My users are using barcodes and camera on IE, hence the message... is there any way to hide this notification anyways?

Unfortunately not. If the camera is essential to the app and cannot be removed, perhaps a message to IE users that they should try a different browser.

I published an app yesterday, and am getting the same message. I don't have any special features in the app. It is all galleries, tables and forms. Why am I getting the message, when it was removed in May? Thanks.
