I have been trying to pull information different ways and i am still getting stuck.
i have a set of data in a gallery that when i send the email i want the information to pull the data in a specific order.
i have created a collection with the following code below which is run on start of the app

However the information still doesnt want to pull the data based on the order specified onstart.
Any help would be appreciated. I even thought of hardcoding the body of the email but unsure how to do that.

Hi,
the Service date is preset choice options that are set in the sharepoint list.
the drop down ddate is a field based on the date the person entered the data in the system.

But what type of field is ServiceDate that you trying to filter on (date or text). And what exactly are the Items of the drop-down - I believe your issue lies here. You might need
Text(ServiceDate,ShortDate) = Text(DateValue(DdDate.Selected.Result),ShortDate)
if ServiceDate is a Date field (and the dd has a valid date format as the output.

I am trying to work out what and how you are comparing here. I believe your problem is the date filter. You said the field was Text, do you store it dd/mm/yyyy etc and what are you seeing in your date drop-down to compare this with? You said the date drop-down was Service date is preset choice options that are set in the sharepoint list, yet in your formula you refer to ddDate.Selected.Result, which is a Distinct filter. Can you please tell me the Items of ddDate?

the date filter is stored as a text dd mmm yy. When we click the dropdown bar it brings up only the dates that have been entered in by the user. ie. if someone has put in the data of today. when we go to the report page it shows that data. the items of ddDate are a collection based on info from service date. Does that make sense?

We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions in the Forums to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities. Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”) - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024 Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods.
