Hi Guys, this field "Client Unit Price" doesn't pull info from the ComboBox for one of my users. I have even logged in as him for testing, and it works on my phone, but not his?! To be clear, it's all working as it should in the below video, the problem seems to be isolated to his phone and I'm not sure what I can do? The price just stays at £0.00 for him, and the Client Total Price won't update either... that's a good point, the Client Total Price should calculate based on Quantity and Client Unit Price, and isn't directly connected to the ComboBox.. and this doesn't work for him either. I have just shot him a message to confirm this latter point and will revert back to edit this post shortly.
Edit: Okay! When he puts in a Quantity and manually enteres a Client Unit Price, the Client Total Price field goes BLANK. As you can see in the video, it initially appears as "£0.00" until the values are entered for it to calculate. Hopefully that gives someone a clue as to what the problem is.

To get to the bottom of the issue I suggest you set up a debugging session with the impacted user using Monitor.

I set up a monitoring session on my computer (not the problematic mobile device) to familiarise myself with it, and as far as I can see, it doesn't offer any clues to the problem.
While the monitoring data references an item being chosen in the ComboBox, it doesn't not reference the fields which update themselves based on this selection, despite them doing so. Thus, there simply isn't anything to work with!

We are excited to announce the Summer of Solutions Challenge! This challenge is kicking off on Monday, June 17th and will run for (4) weeks. The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions in the Forums to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities. Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”) - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024 Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods. You must enter into each weekly Entry Period separately. How to Enter: We invite you to participate in a quest to provide "Accepted Solutions" to as many questions as you can.
