Question about permissions (I think)

I am fairly new to Powerapps and Flow and I am trying to build a powerapp to make some of our employee tasks more user friendly.  

I have a lot of it working, but I have run into an issue I can't seem to figure out. 

I have an app that pulls a customer list from a Sharepoint list.  One of the Columns is a date field where our dispatcher can put the date of an installation or service call for example.  I had previously created a Flow, that anyone could run from Sharepoint that would use that date/time and create a calendar event on a shared calendar and adds customer location, notes, etc. (all events look like they are created by the account used to share the calendar, but that is ok, we use a generic account).

Now that I am trying to do this in a Powerapp, I created a form that just has the Date/Time field, and a button that says Add to Calendar.  That triggers a Flow that is identical to the one I made for Sharepoint, but uses Powerapps as the trigger.  

Here is the interesting part, and the part I can't figure out.  The Calendar is shared from a generic account.  I created the Powerapp and Flow from my account (but using the generic account for the Create Event V2 part).  I can use the powerapp button and everything works great for me.  I can use the generic account and everything works fine.  I have tried sharing the app with the dispatcher, and it fails for him.  Flow gives be a 404 error on the Create Event V2 portion.  

His account has access to the Flow, the Powerapp, Sharepoint list, and the Calendar.  

What else could I be missing that would not allow the flow to work properly for him?

Apologies that your request was not responded to at the time - I'm going through old tickets and trying to clean up any unanswered issues.

In this case it would likely be that in order to use that Calendar connection the dispatcher would need full access to the account within which the Calendar is contained in order to create the required connection using Office365Outlook (if it is an account calendar rather than a O365 room calendar or SharePoint shared calendar).
