Removing 2 out of 3 screens from a created app

I've used the "create an app" function from a Sharepoint list to build a submission form. By default it builds the app with a screen for displaying all submissions, viewing a specific submission and creating a new submission (the screen I actually want). 

How can I delete or block access to the other 2 screens while allowing the creation screen to continue functioning properly?

Do you just want users to be able to create?

If so are you hoping they create straight from SharePoint as in "New Item" within the list?

Yeah just create new entries, not view existing ones. It's a form for request a new mobile phone or mobile service. 

I'm doing it through this form as I want the form to send the data straight into a Sharepoint list. The list has flows connected to it that sends out approvals once a new item is added.

Ok sounds good.

I think you selected "Create App" when you were on your sharepoint list. Instead, you should click "Customize Forms". This will launch PowerApps with a one page App which you can customize as you wish. When you are complete save it and then an option will pop up to "Publish to SharePoint".

I think I've accidentally edited that form in the past and saved it. When I open up the "customize forms" form it only has 2 textboxes with no real functions. Think I was messing around with it at one point. 

How can I restore it to default?

EDIT: Figured it out, can reset the form from the list's "list settings"

@myke_deabreu I've just realized that using the "customize forms" route means I can't share the form externally/embed it on a main page. Is there a way for someone to access the form without access to the list page itself?

If not, I'm back to needing to figure out how to delete the 2/3 screens again.

I'm afraid it's not supported to just view custom form not view list in SharePoint currently.

So I suggest you use the first thinking.

Here's my test for your reference:

1) delect screen1(gallery) and screen2(display form)

2)Set the screen3's OnVisible：NewForm(Form1)

Set the edit form's data source: listname

Set the dedit form's DefaultMode: New

Set the submit button's OnSelect: SubmitForm(Form1);NewForm(Form1)

Then, users could only create record in the app.

It will not effect the edit form without gallery and displayform.

@v-yutliu-msft I've got the form working, but now wherever I embed it on the Sharepoint site it's telling me I need to invite users to use it.

Is there a way around this? It'd be impossible for me to manually invite the hundreds of people who will need to use the forms I build. Some sort of "open to public" setting within powerapps?
