Repeating table removing previous records information

Hi,

I have a repeating table but I'm missing something as when I create a new record some of my previous records data disappears.

 

For my navigation button the the screen i have

I am struggling to see the relevance of that post to your current issue with a Person field. The .Result refers to the output of a Distinct filter in the Items of the Combo Box - I have a blog on this if it assists you.

What stage of this are you currently considering - I am a little lost as to exactly what (if it is anything other than the Person field patch) you are now considering.

My requirements and goal is to be able to select multiple people using the Office365Users connector.  Then depending on the reason display the Exemption reason for the individual.  

But for reporting and the flow that will be activated when a new record is created in SP I need the User (Who signed into to the app, who will be carrying out the supervision meeting)name and email, along with the participants Emails,
Department and Job Titles are also required again for reporting.

Once the participants have been selected they need to be added to SP on a single row.

Currently the name picker is not keeping a record of the selected name so I was trying to add the Text box so the selected name is displayed along with their information (Email, Department, Job Title).  The User name and email will be the only constant data for each record..

If you want to Patch to a Person field, you need both the Full Name and Email Address of the person. I am also not the best person to guide you here as I do not use these fields. As an example, if StaffName is a Person field, the Patch would contain

Apart from missing a closing bracket, are all those fields at the bottom in your 'Staff Name" People field? Also is is always the user's record as you have users User().Email in the Claims column.

I'm getting so confused how this is happening and why I can't just do a simple task as to display the name selected from the ComboBox??

I've made the amendments and this is what is happening now

Added three names - Gallery is showing same information for the first name added

Is the source for this field inside or outside the gallery? I assume it is this one

You are Patching ThisItem, so the reference has to be in the record in the gallery row you are sourcing the data from. I assume you are patching from inside the gallery?

Summer of Solutions | Week 4 Results | Winners will be posted on July 24th

We are excited to announce the Summer of Solutions Challenge!   This challenge is kicking off on Monday, June 17th and will run for (4) weeks.  The challenge is open to all Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio & Power Pages) community members. We invite you to participate in a quest to provide solutions in the Forums to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities.    Entry Period: This Challenge will consist of four weekly Entry Periods as follows (each an “Entry Period”)   - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 17, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 23, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on June 24, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on June 30, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 1, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 7, 2024 - 12:00 a.m. PT on July 8, 2024 – 11:59 p.m. PT on July 14, 2024   Entries will be eligible for the Entry Period in which they are received and will not carryover to subsequent weekly entry periods.  You must enter into each weekly Entry Period separately.   How to Enter: We invite you to participate in a quest to provide "Accepted Solutions" to as many questions as you can. Answers can be provided in all the communities.
