Hi @MH3 ,

This may require some modification to your process, but if you save the file in SharePoint, you can render it in the Power Apps PDF viewer control. I have set the process out in this post.

As for "printable", they are better simply printing the emailed PDF, or if you file it in SharePoint, you could point at the document URL and print it from the browser.

Helllo @WarrenBelz ,

Good to see you again,

I am saving the file in OneDrive in PDF format, after that I am emailing it to the user.

is there any other way by using OneDrive? without using Sharepoint as you said in your Answer?

Hi @MH3 ,

You have to know where the file is to retrieve it for the viewer. The problem with OneDrive is that it uses the user's OneDrive so filing it there is not the answer unless you only want to see the files you created (and then the other user cannot see them).

SharePoint Libraries are "visible" as a connection in PowerApps, meaning you can send the location to the Flow and get the content back for the viewer.

Sir @WarrenBelz ,

I am still confused,  in my flow what editing should I do before the email part? and give the user to redirected to the OneDrive site, from there they will see the print option.

I couldn't understand what should I do.

@MH3 ,

My suggestion is a separate process and brings a stored file back into the PowerApps PDF view control and needs SharePoint or some other linked storage where you can get the folder location.

If you are saving the file in OneDrive, it is the user's OneDrive and is a different place for every user. If you write it to the root directory, the user could open their OneDrive and the file would be there.

I actually use your process emailing PDFs attached to emails produced by both HTML and Word merges. The user simply opens the attachment and prints it if that is what they want to do.

You cannot "print" things in Power Apps other than using print screen. What exactly is the customer expecting to do?

Dear Sir, @WarrenBelz

I got your point what you said,

actually the client don't want the report to be emailed to the user, I don't know why does they don't want like that because it's working fine and they can even print that report.

the client said, the report should be generated there, like if I redirect the user to the OneDrive link and every user has it's own OneDrive location, so the report will be created on each of the user's OneDrive by the flow.

but where should I add the flow to send the link's to the user, as I have to remove that last Email Step and replace it with other flow step so that the user will see a popup screen to that Report opened in  OneDrive, from there they can print it aswell.

That's what they need!! I guess

@MH3 ,

After my last post, I did some searching and came up empty as far as dynamically opening OneDrive and you certainly cannot get the file URL as this is a OneDrive function "get link", however I did think of something that may keep them happy.

Have them create a folder in OneDrive (Print Docs or similar - as long as everyone has the same) and simply keep it open in another tab. Have your Flow file it there and it will appear as soon as it is filed (generally without a refresh).
