Onselect of project dropdown my code is

Filter(Project,'Project ID' in Concat(Filter('Resource Assign',Status.Value="Active"),
Lower('Resource Email')=Lower(User().Email)))

My doubt in code is project status column is availble in project list but how can write in Resource Assign list.

If your choice column is system default, try 'Project Status'=0

If this doesn't work, check in the Project Status column properties what value is assigned to the Label 'active' and use that one

If you want to avoid the delegation warning, try StartsWith()

Filter(Project,StartsWith(Concat(Filter('Resource Assign','Project Status'=0),'Project ID')),'Project ID',",")&&Lower('Resource Email')=Lower(User().Email))

Hi @Powerappsdev2 ,

If you have a new question, I recommend republishing a post so that more people can find it, and regarding your initial question, I assume that you want to achieve such a goal, filtering out all eligible records in the Resource Assign:

Condition1: ‘Resource Email'=User().Email;

Condition2: Status="active"

I assume your status column is a text column, then my above code can meet your needs. I made some changes to my original code, please try this:

Filter('Resource Assign','Project ID' in Concat(Filter(Project,'Project Status'="active"),'Project ID',",")&&Lower('Resource Email')=Lower(User().Email))

If that's not what you want or there's a bug in the code, I'd like you to describe the problem in as much detail as possible, and I'd like to know the type of Status in the data source.

Best regards,

Rimmon Li

Hi @v-mengmli-msft ,

 Thank you quick response,

I tried your  provided code but not show active  project in drop down.

  Project Dropdown --Item=

Filter('Resource Assign','Project ID' in Concat(Filter(Project,Status.Value="Active"),'Project ID',",")
&&Lower('Resource Email')=Lower(User().Email))

Condition1: share point list= Resource Assign list and column is=‘Resource Email'=User().Email;

Condition2: share point list= Project List and column is  Status="active"[choice column= Active and Inactive]

after code not show the dropdown value.

Please Help.
