I am trying to make a scoreboard app to display on a TV. This will be used to show the number of picks a person is making. We are looking to show a Green, Yellow, Red list. I am looking to base the person's position off of the SharePoint list. I have the SharePoint list set to sort based on the number of picks.

I have a gallery showing the top 5 rows in the SharePoint list. This is what I have in the Items 

FirstN(Sort('DataSource',Picks,Descending),5)

This works great to show the first 5 rows. But I am trying to figure out how to display rows 6-10 in yellow and rows 11+ in red. I am thinking I could add a gallery per color, but I cannot figure out how to get the gallery to display only rows 6-10 and then have another gallery to display rows 11+.

For the 6-10 gallery, I am able to get row 6 to display using this in the Items field.

Index(Sort('DataSource',Picks,Descending),6)

But I cannot figure out how to get the Index to display more rows, or if that function is even capable of displaying multiple rows.

Then I would need a way to filter out the first 10 rows and display everything else.

Maybe this idea can put you on the right path. Instead of coloring based on the top 5, for example, why not based on scores?

Well, I don't know how your data is structured, so it's really hard to help based on the description. If that's not what you need, share a little bit about your data, images, etc.

Hello, thank you, but our numbers start off at zero at the beginning of the day and grow as the number of picks each person completes. As the day goes on the numbers would gradually increase, so setting hard values might be hard to do. That is why I was thinking about having the top 5 rows be one color, and so on. At 9am the top picker might have 10 picks completed, then at 1pm the top picker might have 30 picks completed.

If you want to get the sixth to tenth row of the data source, you can use this formula: 

Last(FirstN(DataSource,10),5)

If you want to get the eleventh to fifteenth rows of the data source, you can use this formula:

Last(FirstN(DataSource,15),5)

I tried those but they are not working. I am placing the formula in the Items on the gallery. If I do LastN data is showing up but still not the correct data.

Hi @Jiffrey 

I'm sorry this is my problem. The formula should be modified to:

LastN(FirstN(DataSource, 10), 5) 

The intent of this formula is to get the first 10 records of the data source first, and then get the last 5 records out of these 10 records.
