Select(Parent) Leads to the Wrong Entry

Hello,

I have an arrow icon with the OnSelect property set to Select(Parent).

Should correctly lead to this screen:

When I click on this arrow, it only works on 1 of 3 similar screens. The screens have small changes in code between them. Only the AdminScreen works as intended. The other two - RegularScreen and FinanceScreen - do not work as intended. All of them share the OnSelect property value of Select(Parent). 

What have I done wrong here? 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Select(Parent) simply executes whatever is in the OnSelect property of the Gallery, so you need to look what is in that.

This is the OnSelect of BrowseGallery 1: Navigate(DetailScreen, ScreenTransition.None)
The problem is there are 3 BrowseGalleries. How do I ensure all are represented in the Item property of my DetailForm? I think this is what is causing the issue since I can see only one BrowseGallery there.

Are you saying all 3 galleries are based on the one list and you want to go to one form and show whatever record is selected in the particular gallery ? I am assuming you are using SharePoint here. OnSelect of all the galleries

Set(
   gblRecord,
   ThisItem
)

Then the Item of your Form

LookUp(
   YourSPListName,
   ID = gblRecord.ID
)

Yes, my data source is SPO list. I put in the information as you suggested, and while there were no invalid arguments or errors, the detail screen (with the form on it) did not populate depending on the item I clicked on in the respective galleries. There are 3 galleries, all of which display information a little differently from the other depending on the filtering, but they all reference the same list. It seems your solution was unable to pull those records properly and display them on the screen, whereas before, when I used BrowseGallery1.Selected for the item of the form, it worked.

I am a little unclear here - if you put this on the OnSelect of all 3 galleries (which are based on the same list)

Set(
   gblRecord,
   ThisItem
)

or just (probably better)

Set(
   gblID,
   ThisItem.ID
);
Navigate(YourFormScreen)

then a form with the Item

LookUp(
   YourSPListName,
   ID = gblID
)

will display the record you have just selected in the gallery concerned.

There is something wrong here (I use that structure on all my galleries and forms). Do you have something else on the OnSelect of that > icon ?

I just applied the following code to my next arrow, and everything appears to be working now: 
Set(
gblID,
ThisItem.ID
);
Navigate(DetailScreen)

Before, this arrow's OnSelect property = Select(Parent). I never changed it. Now that I changed it, I believe we're all good. It's just that code needed to be applied to both the OnSelect property of the gallery and the next arrow.
