Send email with all information from PowerApps as body

Hi I have faced a problem with combining all information from my PowerApps form to send and email. Please take a look into my screenshot. What I am trying to do is to fit into email BODY all information from combo boxes, text input field, date picker, checkbox and invisible field of submitters name.  Honestly I have no idea how to combine all that together to sent this email. 

My problem is only (sic!) the body of the email. I kind of handle the rest of it.

Make an html textbox somewhere in your app and generate the body code there and just refer to the html text box control in your final code for sending the email. I do this anytime I am sending a report from powerapps. Gives you freedom to sit there and perfect everything about the format and output bit by bit and getting to see it visually in powerapps while you nail it down. after you get it perfect just push it to the very back of app and set visible to false and its good to go.

Hi @v-albai-msft the thing is that i found how to deal with dropdowns, but for some reason it does not work with combo box, and I am using combo boxes. Any idea on how it should be written for combo box?

Hi @TheRobRush still the thing is that I don't know how to start with grabbing all the information. As I've mentioned - I've seen some examples for dropdowns, but it does not work when I am using combo boxes. But the idea of having a textbox seem to be very useful anyways 🙂

That's understandable, combo boxes take some getting used to.

If i have a combo box, named combobox3, the following code in a label returns all the values selected, separated by commas

Concat(ForAll(ComboBox3.SelectedItems,Value),Value,", ")

Now, I know you are using the combo box that allow multiple selections. As @TheRobRush mentioned, you can use Concat function. But per my knowledge, we don't need to use ForAll in this situation, just directly do Concat on "ComboBox.SelectedItems".

So try formula like this:

Hi, @v-albai-msft it all looks reasonable and thank you for your help...but I'm still getting an error. Please could you take a look on the screenshots I'm attaching? I honestly don't understand where this error comes from and formula checker shows six of those - the same issues. I would say that it's impossible as I was writing all manually and using suggestions in the formula builder...But maybe I'm not seeing something?

Hi @Anonymous ,

On OnSelect property of your Button1, except Office365Outliik.SendEmail function, do you have any other functions like Patch function? Most of the time, when using a non-existent or renamed column in my formula, I will meet this error. So re-check other actions on this button. You can provide a screenshot of your full formula here.

Or, there is a easiest solution, put this SendEmail formula into a new button, then check your email result.

@v-albai-msft , there is nothing more. I've attached screenshot of the whole formula and tried with this new button - I got errors too.
