Send gallery info to flow - with calculated lookup column

I have a simple two column gallery with columns Item and Sum.

Sum is a calculated value, using a lookup to another table.

I need to pass both values to Power Automate for use in a repport.

My plan was to use:

MyFlow.Run(JSON(Gallery.AllItems))

 However it's not allowing the calculated column in the output.

To narrow down, I've tried:

ClearCollect(varGalleryCollect,ShowColumns(Gallery1_1.AllItems,"item"));MyFlow.Run(JSON(varGalleryCollect))

 And this works fine. As soon as I add the Sum column I get an "invalid argument" error.

So how do I go about transfering my Sum column to Power Automate? Any ideas?

No suggestions for how this could be achieved? I'm at a loss and could use some ideas. 🙂

I am guessing a bit from your description, but do you have a calculated label in the gallery and are trying to send that ? If so, put in a Text Input with the Default as the same calculation and see if that works.

Your guess is exactly correct. Sorry if my terminology is a bit confused.

I'm trying to parse, what you are suggesting.

"Put in a text input" where? In the gallery?

And then how do I proceed to pass it on to Power Automate?

I need to pass two values for each item in the gallery (30 items) to a flow.

Yes - just replace the label with the Text Input and give it the same name (then you do not have to change any other code). I cannot guarantee anything here, but logic tells me it should work better than a calculated label.

Really appreciate the suggestion, but unfortunately it still gives me this error on the run flow button:

The function 'JSON' has some invalid arguments.

Again, removing the newly created input from the list of columns in the ClearCollect code removes this error.

It kind of makes sense, since the JSON function specifically doesn't work with lookup, as per the documentation. But there has to be a way I can send the result of a lookup as JSON to a flow.

Or is ther another way I can send an array from a gallery, perhaps, whitout relying on JSON?

Which led me to try:

MyFlow.Run(Concat(Gallery.AllItems,Item & ";"),Concat(Gallery.AllItems,Sum & ";"))

This works.

Hi @AlexMCC ,

Just beat me to it - I still use the "old way" for all my Flow exports - it gives you control of the field order (which JSON does not).
